- A sense of “heaviness” or density
- Emotional discomfort in a specific area
- Tingling, buzzing, or numbness
There’s no one-size-fits-all method. Trust your senses — even if it just feels like you’re imagining something.

🌟 How to Do an Energetic Scan and Release
1. Get comfortable.
Sit or lie in a position that feels supportive. Take a few slow, deep breaths.
2. Cleanse, ground, and protect.
Visualize white light washing over you. Imagine roots from your feet grounding you into the Earth. Surround yourself in protective energy (like a bubble, shield, or divine light).
3. Set your intention.
Say aloud or silently:
“I am open to gently observing and releasing any energy that no longer serves me.”
4. Begin the scan.
Visualize yourself from head to toe. You can imagine looking at yourself in a mirror or from above. Slowly move your attention through your body, noticing any areas that:
- Feel tight or numb
- Appear as dark spots, grey smoke, or strange textures
- Just feel “off”
5. Release and cleanse.
Call on divine light (or your guides/angels/source) to help you release anything heavy.
Imagine the light:
- Melting away stuck energy
- Filling those areas with love, light, and healing
- Returning your body to peace
6. Give thanks.
Sit quietly in the afterglow. Feel the shift. Thank yourself and the energies that supported you.
