🗓 When It Happens

First Sunday of every month at 7:00 PM Central Time.
Please check your local time zone to join at the right moment!

💫 How It Works

1. Comment below any time before the day of the group Reiki session. You can simply write something like “I’m in!” or share your name and a short intention if you’d like.
2. Five minutes before the session starts (6:55 PM) find a peaceful, comfy place to sit or lie down.
3. At 7:00 PM CST,, begin slowing your breath and set your intention to receive Reiki.
4. During the session, relax and just allow. Trust the energy knows where to go and what to do.
5. That’s it! You’re welcome to journal or rest afterward if that feels good.

🧘 Tips for Your distance Reiki Moment

• Light a candle or incense
• Play soft music or nature sounds
• Hold a crystal or wear something cozy
• Gently say:
  “I open to receive the Reiki energy being shared with love.”
