• Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital Products: All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
• Services (Tarot/ Reiki sessions): Cancellations may be refunded if requested 24 hours in advance. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
